If you provide your mobile phone number and enable SMS notifications in your Rentigen account, we will use your number to send you text messages related to the Services, including job dispatch notifications, day-of reminders, escalation alerts, account alerts, and operational notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Mobile Information Sharing. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subprocessors that support the SMS program (such as our messaging provider, currently Twilio) is limited to delivering the messages you have consented to receive, and those subprocessors are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purpose. This category of personal information will not be shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.
