As a final step, we will take professional photos and video walk throughs to use for our listings. We will collect a video to documentation the homes condtion before being leased.

Our listings our created using the proffesional quailty real estate photos gathered during the property preparations steps. We will create a listing that showcases the properties features and highlights. This listings will be posted to our site as well as all the major rental platforms; Zillow, Apartments.com, Dwellsy, RentalSource, Zumper and Facebook Marketplace. 


Property Tours:

Our staff experts will greet prospective tenants to provide property tours. They wlil come equiped with details around the property, show up early and be ready to feild questions, ensuring tenants leave with a positive impression.
